Forma Automotive included in Toyota’s 2015 historic milestones
Toyota’s final edition of the 2015 Supplier Diversity Newsletter included a recap of Toyota’s 2015 most dynamic events, achievements and historic milestones. One of these historic milestones included Forma Automotive’s start of production in September. This has been a very rewarding achievement for Forma Automotive as the first Hispanic woman-owned Tier 1 direct supplier to Toyota.
Toyota selected Rosa Santana as their on-site supplier in September 2014 and her company, Forma Automotive, began production one year later with their “Ready. Set. Launch!” campaign. Today, Forma Automotive employees assembles about 500 Toyota Tacoma truck beds a day inside the Toyota plant.
